What is the hybrid Congress format and what it means for the participants?

The very first ISOO Africa 2023 Meeting will be held live at the PrideInn Hotel in Mombasa, Kenya. It will be an in-person Meeting held at the Meeting venue and most presentations are given in-person.

However, we understand that some people will not be able to physically attend the Meeting. We are therefore pleased to present our first official hybrid ISOO Africa Meeting.

Virtual attendees will be able to view all presentations taking place in the plenary hall as well as having access to the Meeting App.

Payment

Payment of registration fees must be made in USD after completing the registration process. 
Credit Card: i.e. Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be emailed to [email protected] prior to the below deadlines.
Refund of the registration fee will be as follows:

Cancellations received until and including August 10, 2023 – full refund
From August 11, 2023 – no refund will be made
